Further to the Company’s announcement made on 21 May 2021 in respect of the variation by 10% or more between actual value of RRPT and estimated value of the RRPT for the provision of warehouse rental for event items and transportation (inbound & outbound) from TUUDI 3PL Sdn. Bhd. to the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Macpie Distribution Sdn. Bhd, the Company wishes to announce that the actual value of the same RRPT has further exceeded the estimated value of the RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 28 October 2020 by more than 10% (“Variation”).
Further details of the Variation are provided in “Table A” annexed herewith.
