| Working experience and occupation | Mr Liong Wei Li ("Mr Liong") has served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company since 1 January 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Special Officer to the CEO of JcbNext Berhad ("the Company") since December 2012. Subsequent to the sale of the JobStreet.com business in November 2014, in that capacity he helped establish and continuously refine the investment processes for the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") including the overall investment and portfolio allocation strategy. Further, he has been primarily responsible for sourcing and analysing potential investments and then briefing and making recommendations to the Group's Investment Committee and Board of Directors. |
