We refer to the Company’s Announcements in relation to the Proposed SCR.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that on 14 July 2021 the Offeror has granted the Company an extension of time to no later than 5.00pm on 30 August 2021 (“Extension of Time”) for the Company to respond to the Offeror with its decision as to whether or not to implement and to recommend the Proposed SCR to the Entitled Shareholders for their consideration, based on the terms set out in the SCR Offer Letter.
Save for the Extension of Time, all other terms and conditions as stated in the SCR Offer Letter remains unchanged.
