The Board of Directors has approved the change of the Company's financial year end from 30 June to 31 December to ensure adequate time provided for the Data Recovery and Security Mitigation Plan and at the same time align with the financial year end of overseas investee companies which are growing rapidly for better consolidation of the Group's results.

The next audited financial statements of the Company shall be for a period of 18 months from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021.
