On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.80 each.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.80 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0818 or 9.28% from the 5-day weighted average market price of Rubberex from 9 July 2021 to 15 July 2021 of RM0.8818 per Share.
