We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 January 2021, 29 January 2021, 10 February 2021, 11 February 2021 and 7 April 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd had on 19 July 2021 submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time up to 10 February 2022 to complete the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
