The Board of PPHB wishes to announce that the Company has implemented the ESGS with effect from 21 July 2021. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the
Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it has options offered to eligible employees
under the ESGS, the details of which are as follow:-
