The Company wishes to announce that Dato' Adnan bin Shamsuddin will be retiring from his position as Chairman / Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, member of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the same shall take effect upon the conclusion of the Company's forthcoming 46th Annual General Meeting.
