On behalf of the Board of Directors of Inix (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following: (i) proposed private placement of new ordinary shares in Inix (“Inix Share(s)”), representing not more than 10% of the number of Inix Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares, if any) (“Proposed Private Placement”); and (ii) proposed diversification of the existing business of Inix and its subsidiaries (“Group”) to include manufacturing, marketing and trading of gloves (“Glove Business”) (“Proposed Diversification”), Please refer to the attachment below for further details of the Proposals.
