We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 21 July 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) Confirmation as to whether TCS Construction Sdn Bhd is a major subsidiary of TCS Group Holdings Berhad (“TCS”).
2) The estimated potential liability to TCS group of companies (“Group”) arising from the Litigation, in the event that TCS Construction Sdn Bhd does not succeed in its claims against MPM Project Management Sdn Bhd.
3) The financial and operational impact of the Litigation to the Group.
