Following the extension of the Full Movement Control Order (“FMCO”) by the Government of Malaysia to contain the surge of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide their letter dated 16 June 2021 granted an automatic one-month extension of time ("1-month extension") for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports and annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports, which are due by 31 July 2021 and 31 August 2021 respectively.

The Board of Directors of ATA IMS wishes to announce that the Company will utilise the 1-month extension granted by Bursa Securities for the Company to issue its annual reports that include the annual audited financial statements and the auditors’ and directors’ reports which are due on 31 July 2021 by 31 August 2021.
