Amid the evolving COVID-19 situation and the implementation of the Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted 1 month extension of time until 31 August 2021 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due by 31 July 2021.   

In consideration of the challenges facing by the Group in finalising the quarterly report during such period, the Board of Directors of NETX Holdings Berhad (“NETX” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the quarterly report is issued on or before 31 August 2021.
