We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 8 August 2019, 14 August 2019, 15 August 2019, 4 September 2019, 30 September 2019, 1 October 2019, 1 November 2019, 22 November 2019, 2 December 2019, 5 December 2019, 2 January 2020, 7 January 2020, 9 January 2020, 22 January 2020, 3 February 2020, 6 February 2020, 2 March 2020, 1 April 2020, 4 May 2020, 1 June 2020, 9 June 2020, 24 July 2020, 28 August 2020, 28 September 2020, 7 October 2020, 22 October 2020, 19 January 2021, 25 January 2021, 2 March 2021 and 19 April 2021 in relation to the default in payment to BOC and with reference to the announcements made on 28 September 2020, 7 October 2020, 22 October 2020, 19 January 2021, 25 January 2021, 2 March 2021, 19 April 2021 and 5 May 2021 in respect of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed by the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Khee San Food Industries Sdn Bhd ("Plaintiffs") against BOC ("Defendant").

The Company's solicitors, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co. had notified the Company that on 23 July 2021, this matter came up for Hearing via Zoom for the Appellants’ Notice of Motion for a Stay of Execution (“Enclosure 3”) and the Court has dismissed Enclosure 3 with cost of RM10,000.00 subject to allocator fees.

The next Case-Management via e-Review of Enclosure 1 has been fixed on 8 September 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
