Further to the Company’s announcement dated 29 June 2021, the Board of Directors of Destini wishes to inform that Doedijns has withdrawn/ discontinue with the Winding Up Petition against DSBE. Therefore, the Winding Up Petition hearing date on 30 August 2021 will be vacated. This announcement is dated 23 July 2021. |
