The Company wishes to announce that Encik Azizan bin Mohd Noor will be retiring from his position as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the same shall take effect upon the conclusion of the Company's forthcoming 49th Annual General Meeting.
