Tan Sri Lee Oi Hian ("TSLOH") have relinquished his interest as a discretionary beneficiary of Grateful Blessings Foundation ("GBF"), a private-benefit family foundation which was founded by him. TSLOH's deemed interest in the above acquisition is by virtue of the interest of his family members as discretionary beneficiaries of GBF which is the holding foundation of Grateful Blessing Inc., which in tum is the holding corporation of DiYi Sdn.
