Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 June 2021 in relation to the proposal to comply with the Bumiputera equity condition.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of OVH, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia has vide its letter dated 26 July 2021 approved the proposal to comply with the Bumiputera equity condition.
