The Board of Directors of Eupe wishes to inform that the Company has applied to the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”) for an extension of time to convene its 25th Annual General Meeting (“25th AGM”) and the ROC has on 26 July 2021 granted an approval to the Company to hold its 25th AGM on or before 30 September 2021 pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.

The Board will determine the appropriate date to hold the 25th AGM of the Company and make the necessary announcement in due course.
