The Company wishes to announce that the Board has approved the merger of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, to be known as "Nomination and Remuneration Committee" with effect from 26 July 2021 which aimed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Board in discharging its duties.
The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of HEB is as follows:-
