Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 15 March 2021, 2 April 2021, 5 April 2021, 9 April 2021, 28 April 2021, 18 May 2021 and 24 May 2021 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 30 April 2021 in relation to the ESOS (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB is pleased to announce that Hiap Huat has implemented the ESOS with effect from 28 July 2021, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements.
