On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.2850 each.
The aforementioned issue price of RM0.2850 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0681 or 19.29% based on the 5D-VWAMP of JAG Shares from 21 July 2021 to 27 July 2021 of approximately RM0.3531 per JAG Share.
