Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1) and Guidance Note 4 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of MPay wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance as at 30 September 2019 provided by its wholly-owned subsidiary, ManagePay Resources Sdn. Bhd. (“MRSB”), a licensed money lending company, for the third quarter ended 30 September 2019 was RM63,291.45.

Share Capital
The provision of financial assistance has no effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of MPay Group for the quarter ended 30 September 2019.
Earnings
There is no material impact on the earnings per share for the quarter ended 30 September 2019.
