INTENTION TO DEAL IN SECURITIES OF LBS BINA GROUP BERHAD ("COMPANY") DURING CLOSED PERIOD

This is to notify that the Company has received notifications from the following Directors of the Company, of their intention to deal in the securities of the Company during the closed period as defined in the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Directors’ existing interests in the securities of the Company are as follows:

 

1. Tan Sri Dato' Sri Lim Hock San, JP

   -Direct Interest:                                a) 31,310,514 Ordinary Shares.

   -Deemed/Indirect Interest:               a) 560,773,150 Ordinary Shares (Indirect Interest via Gaterich Sdn. Bhd.).

                                                            b) 4,070,869 Ordinary Shares (Deemed Interest via spouse and children).

                                                            c) 158,000 Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (Deemed Interest via spouse and children).
