The Board of Directors of Seacera Group Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Applicant’s solicitor has informed the Company that the parties had attended the hearing for Enclosure 71 (Extension of Restraining Order application), Enclosure 74 (Stay application by the Applicant), Enclosure 54 and Enclosure 58 (Application by the Interveners to set aside the Restraining Order) today, 28 July 2021. After the oral submission by the parties, the Judge fixed the date for the decision of Enclosure 71 and Enclosure 74 on 5 August 2021.
