Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 29 August 2019 and the subsequent announcements in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue of CSIDS (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements. Further to the Company’s announcement dated 27 January 2021, Puncak still requires more time to procure the undertakings from the Undertaking Shareholders due to the impact from the protracted COVID-19 pandemic, the extended phase one of movement control under the National Recovery Plan and the enhanced movement control order in selected areas under several states. Consequently, the application for the issuance of CSIDS to the SC and the listing application together with the draft circular to Bursa Securities are now extended from 31 July 2021 until 31 October 2021. This announcement is dated 29 July 2021.
