We refer to the announcements dated 17 February 2021, 30 April 2021, 24 May 2021, 22 June 2021, 14 July 2021 and 28 July 2021 in relation to the Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No. WA-221P-7-212021.
The Board of Directors of Rev wishes to update that the Court confirmed that the Reply to Defence was filed and served by the Plaintiffs on 26 July 2021. The Court was made aware that the change of name of Rev had been performed and that there was another step in the settlement process namely the change of short stock name with Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad before the Plaintiffs will withdraw the suit.
