Following the Full Movement Control Order (“FMCO”) period as imposed by the Government to contain the spread of Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 16 June 2021 granted a 1-month extension for listed corporations to issue their semi-annual financial statements and annual audited financial statements, which are due by 31 July 2021 and 31 August 2021 respectively.

In consideration of the challenges facing by the Group during the current situation, the Board of Directors of Seers wishes to inform that Seers will utilise the said extension of time granted by Bursa Securities to release and submit its semi-annual financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2021 by 30 September 2021, provided that the FMCO period is not extended further by the Government.
