PRESS RELEASE ENTITLED " BCMALL AND RLOOP LTD OF HK RECEIVE RM$845 MILLION ORDER FOR COVID-19 ATTENUATION DEVICES"

We refer to your Company’s announcements dated 26 July 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) BETWEEN BC MEDICARE SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSDIIARY OF BCM AND RLOOP LIMITED

1.       The relevant authorities’ approval, permits or licences required to be obtained to manufacture, test, configure, assemble, package and/or ship the virus attenuation devices using photon mediated electrons and emitters under rLoop’s own brand of “rGuard” (“Products”), and the dates obtained. If not obtained yet, to state the date of submission and expected date for obtaining such approval, permits or licences;

2.       The expected duration of the Proposed Engagement, whether it is renewable, and if so, for how long;

3.       The markets in which the Products will be marketed;

4.       The total capital and investment outlay required to be incurred by BCM Alliance Berhad in relation to the Proposed Engagement; and

5.       The business risks or exposure and prospects of the Proposed Engagement.

PRESS RELEASE - BCM ALLIANCE BERHAD (“BCMALL”) AND RLOOP LTD (“RLOOP”) OF HK RECEIVE RM$845 MILLION ORDER FOR COVID-19 ATTENUATION DEVICES (“LETTER OF OFFER”)

1.       The date of receipt of the Letter of Offer;

2.       The expected of delivery date of the 100,00 units of the Products; and

3.       The business risks or exposure and prospects of the sale and delivery of 100,000 units of the Products.
