Mr. Tevanaigam Randy Chitty is an experienced finance sector professional with an extensive career spanning more than 30 years in a range of roles across Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Operational Management, Audit, Property Development & Construction and Investors Relations.

A member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1994, his career began in 1989 with Ernst & Young where he served in the Audit Department until 1993. He then joined the Corporate Finance Division of Arab Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad until 1996, followed by a stint at TA Securities Berhad as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance Division. From 1999 through to 2004, he held senior management roles at Pancaran Ikrab Berhad and Bukit Kiara Properties Sdn. Bhd.

In 2004, he was appointed as Group General Manager of Finance at AWC Facility Solutions Berhad (now known as AWC Berhad), where he served until 2007. Following a brief spell as Director/Senior Vice President in the International Corporate Finance Division of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, he undertook several advisory projects as a freelance corporate finance consultant. In 2015, he then rejoined AWC Berhad, becoming Chief Financial Officer before moving to Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad in early 2018 for a brief period.

In October 2018, he was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer of KA Petra Sdn. Bhd. and Group of Companies, a logistics provider in the maritime sector for the Oil & Gas Industry. He has also served on the Board of Radiant Globaltech Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director since 2017.

He also serves as Honorary Treasurer of the Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia (SRAM), since September 2020. On 26 March 2021, he appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Omesti Berhad.
