Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Paos wishes to announce that the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Paos, Premier Oil Industries Sdn. Bhd. and Paos Industries Sdn. Bhd., had in the ordinary course of business entered into RRPTs and the collective consideration of such RRPTs is 1.27% of Percentage Ratio for the period from February 2021 to July, 2021.
