Following the Full Movement Control Order (“FMCO”) imposed by the Malaysian government to contain the spread of Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 16 June 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time for listed corporations on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities to issue their semi-annual financial statements, which are due on 31 July 2021 and 31 August 2021 (“EOT Relief”).

In view of the challenges faced by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current situation, the Board of Directors of GPP wishes to inform that the Company will issue and release its first half-yearly report for the financial year ending 31 December 2021 by 30 September 2021, pursuant to the EOT Relief granted by Bursa Securities.
