Reference is made to the announcements dated 5 May 2021, 5 February 2021, 6 November 2020, 7 August 2020, 8 May 2020, 11 February 2020, 12 November 2019 and 13 August 2019 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) entered into between Sasbadi Holdings with The Malaysian English Language Teaching Association (“MELTA MOU”) and (collectively referred to as “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that there is no material development pertaining to the MELTA MOU. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly.
