We refer to the announcements made on 27 January 2021, 17 February 2021 and 24 February 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement ("Announcements"). For the consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in the announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise define herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of B.I.G., Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd (“IPS”) had on 9 August 2021 submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time up to 23 February 2022 to complete the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
