Following the implementation of full movement control order by the Government of Malaysia to contain the surge of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide their letter dated 16 June 2021 granted an automatic one-month extension of time ("1-month extension") for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports which are due by 31 August 2021.

The Board of Directors of Minho (M) Berhad wishes to inform that the Company would like to utilise the 1-month extension for submission of the quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 (“Quarterly Report”).
