Reference is made to Ralco Corporation Berhad's ("RCB" or "the Company") announcements dated 24 February 2020, 3 March 2020, 14 May 2020, 23 June 2020, 14 July 2020, 17 August 2020, 22 September 2020, 13 November 2020, 30 December 2020, 15 January 2021, 29 January 2021 and 25 February 2021 in relation to the above Suit. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements. 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Court had directed the Defendant to reply to the Plaintiff's Bundle of Documents on or before 19 August 2021. The trial dates from 23 August 2021 to 27 August 2021 have been vacated. The Common Bundle of Documents are to be filed on or before 26 August 2021 and the parties are to file the witness statement on or before 28 September 2021.The next case management has been fixed on the 30 August 2021 and the trial dates have been fixed on 7 October 2021, 18 October 2021 and 21 October 2021.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments of the above matter as and when necessary.
