(ISC) (AGREEMENTS) - REPLY TO QUERY FROM BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") DATED 16 AUGUST 2021

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 11 August 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The dates on which the Agreements were entered into by JFH Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd (“JFH Technology”) and JF Microtechnology Sdn Bhd (“JFM”) with ISC Co. Ltd. (“ISC”) respectively.
2. The duration of JF Technology Berhad (“JF Tech”)’s appointment as the agent for the sale and distribution of ISC’s test contacting solution products in China, Malaysia and ASEAN, and the expiry date. Whether the Agreements are renewable, and if so, for how many years.
3. The duration of JFH Technology and JFM’s appointment (“Appointment”) as the original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) of spring probes test sockets under JF Tech’s own brand name, and whether the Appointment is renewable. If so, for how many years.
4. Whether the directors and/or major shareholders and/or persons connected with a director or major shareholder of JF Tech have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Agreements and Appointment, and the nature and extent of their interests.
5. Financial effects of the Agreements and Appointment on JF Tech Group.
6. The risks in relation to the Agreements and Appointment.
