Mr Chua Song Yong @ Eusoffe Chua will resign as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of GLM REIT Management Sdn Bhd ("GLM REIT"), the Manager of Tower Real Estate Investment Trust, with effect from 19 August 2021. Mr Tan Wee Bee, a Director of the Company and also the Group Managing Director of GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad, the immediate holding company of GLM REIT, will oversee the day-to-day operations of GLM REIT pending appointment of a new CEO in place of Mr Chua Song Yong @ Eusoffe Chua.
