We refer to the Company’s latest announcement dated 20 May 2021 in relation to the Provision of Financial Assistance.
The Board of Directors of REDtone wishes to announce that the financial assistance to facilitate the issuance of the performance bond by the bank provided to Sprintz Designs Sdn. Bhd. by its wholly-owned subsidiary, REDtone Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. remains unchanged as at 30 June 2021 at RM910,000.
