Reference is made to the circular issued by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) dated 16 June 2021 wherein Bursa Securities had granted a 1-month extension of time (“EOT”) for issuance of Quarterly Reports and Annual Reports which due dates fall on 31 August 2021.

The Board of Directors of DGSB wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the EOT granted by Bursa Securities to announce its quarterly reports for the year ended 30 June 2021, which is due for release on 31 August 2021, by 30 September 2021.
