We refer to the announcements made on 11 January 2021, 3 February 2021, 15 June 2021, 22 June 2021, 7 July 2021, 16 July 2021 and 11 August 2021 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
