APOLLO FOOD HOLDINGS BERHAD ("Apollo" or "the Company") wishes to inform that the premises of Apollo Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which are located at 3, Jalan Kilang, Kawasan Perindustrian Larkin, 80350 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia had on 19 August 2021 received notice from Ministry of Health (“MOH”) to temporarily stop its operations commencing 9.00 p.m. on even day until 25 August 2021 for the disinfection of premises to help curbing the spread of Covid-19. The subsidiary is expecting to resume its operations on 26 August 2021 or earlier, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.

Apollo does not expect any material impact on the financial and operational results of the Group arising from the temporary stoppage of operations of the subsidiary due to disinfection of premises.

Notwithstanding the above, Apollo’s operations have strictly adhered to the preventive measures of Covid-19 issued by MOH as part of the business continuity management and Apollo will continue to work closely with the relevant authorities to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the employees during this Covid-19 situation.
