Remarks :

The payment of the single tier final dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share is subject to shareholders' approval at the 58th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be held on 15 September 2021. Please refer to the Notice of AGM of the Company dated 23 August 2021 which makes reference to the above-mentioned dates.
