Preferential dividend of 5.93% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM0.88) per Class B Islamic redeemable convertible preference shares ("RCPS-i B") for the period from 1 January 2021 up to and including 30 June 2021.

2)  The last date of lodgment : 06 Sep 2021
3)  Date Payable : 28 Sep 2021

Remarks :

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the abridged prospectus dated 30 November 2017 in relation to the Rights Issue of RCPS-i B. No preferential dividend will be payable in respect of the RCPS-i B for which conversion notices have been submitted to the Share Registrar of the Company, on or before 30 August 2021 by 5.00 p.m. The Company declares a preferential dividend of 5.93% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM0.88 per RCPS-i B) for the period from 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021 (both dates inclusive).
