Please be informed that in light of the Government’s announcements on the implementation of Full Movement Control Order ("FMCO") and Enhanced MCO (“EMCO”) in Selangor/Kuala Lumpur which involved a total lockdown imposed nationwide (only essential economic and services sectors are allowed to operate) to contain the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted an extension of time of one (1) month for the issuance of annual report (“AR”) and quarterly reports (“QR”) as follows:

In view of the challenges faced to finalise the Quarterly Report for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 ("Quarterly Report") during the period, the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for issuance of its Quarterly Report by 30 September 2021.
