Amidst the evolving COVID-19 situation in Malaysia and the implementation of the National Recovery Plan by the Government continues to curb the resurgence of COVID-19 cases, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted an automatic 1-month extension of time until 30 September 2021 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due on 31 August 2021 (“EOT”).

In consideration of the challenges in finalising the quarterly reports ended 30 June 2021 (“Quarterly Reports”) during such period, the Board of Directors of SEB wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the EOT and will ensure that the Quarterly Reports are issued on or before 30 September 2021.
