Following the implementation of Full Movement Control Order by the Government of Malaysia to contain the surge of Covid-19 cases in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time until 30 September 2021 for listed issuers to announce their Unaudited Quarterly Report for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 which are falling due by 31 August 2021.

Having taken into account of the challenges being faced by the Group in finalising the Unaudited Second Quarter Report during such a restrictive lockdown period, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the aforesaid extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that the Unaudited Second Quarter Report is finalised and announced by 30 September 2021.
