The Board of Directors of Jiankun International Berhad (“Jiankun” or “The Company”) wishes to inform that Embon Global Venture Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiankun (“EGVSB”) has on 17 August 2021 signed a Reclamation and Development Agreement (“RDA”) with the State Government of Melaka (“State Government”) for the reclamation and development of the reclaimed land via a proposed project known as “Candangan Pembangunan Kawasan Tambak Laut seluas 30 ekar Kawasan Bandar XLIV, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka (“Approved Reclamation Area” or “Proposal”).
