In light of the ensuing implementation of the Full Movement Control Order to curb the spread of Covid-19,  Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide their letter dated 16 June 2021 granted an additional temporary relief of 1-month extension of time up to 30 September 2021 for listed issuers to issue their quarterly reports which are due on 31 August 2021.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company would utilise the 1-month extension for issuance of the quarterly reports for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 ("Quarterly Reports") and hence, the Quarterly Reports would be issued on or before the extended due date by 30 September 2021.
