As one of the additional relief measures to listed issuers amid the implementation of the Full Movement Control Order by the Government of Malaysia to contain the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has vide its letter dated 16 June 2021 granted a 1-month extension of time up to 30 September 2021 for listed issuers to submit their quarterly reports which are due on 31 August 2021.
The Board of Directors of TPC wishes to inform that the Company will utilise the 1-month extension of time granted by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and hence will issue TPC’s unaudited quarterly report for the second quarter ended 30 June 2021 on or before 30 September 2021.
