Reference is made to the announcement dated 23 October 2020, 23 November 2020, 7 December 2020, 10 February 2021 and 31 March 2021 in relation to the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim to Brilliant Propel Sdn. Bhd. ("The Defendant")

The Board of Directors of MTAG wishes to update that the Court has postponed the trial to 21 February 2022.

For records, the additional record of appeal was filed on 31 May 2021. During the case management on 16 June 2021, the High Court had directed parties concerned to file written submission by 23 July 2021 and reply to submission by 16 August 2021. The case management was held on 24 August 2021 whereby the Court has fixed the hearing date for the Appeal on 28 October 2021.

The Company shall continue to make announcement on the development of the case from time to time accordingly.
